We work with a number of flexible and reputable lenders who have been tried and tested by us, so you know you are in safe hands.

In most cases we can offer a same-day completion service.

We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We will receive a commission for the introduction.

This will always be disclosed if formally requested.

John Holland Sales Limited can introduce you to a selected group of lenders who may be able to help you finance your vehicle. This group of lenders provides us with a range of products which may be suitable for your needs.

  • How we are paid.

We do not charge fees for our finance related services.

We will receive payment from the finance lender for introducing you to them.

You don’t have to pay us for our service, but a funder or broker we work with will pay us for introducing you to them. Different funders/brokers may pay us different amounts but it will typically be based on a fixed percentage of the amount borrowed. This percentage may vary according to different factors, for example: the amount of credit; the age or type of vehicle; the type of finance product; or the funder’s assessment of the risk of lending. For your reassurance, we are not able to change the interest rate you pay in order to receive more commission from a particular broker or funder. Although rates and commissions may vary between our finance partners, our aim is always to secure finance from them which is appropriate to your circumstances. If we are successful in obtaining an offer of finance for you and you would like to know the amount (or likely amount) we would receive if you decided to go ahead with the agreement and how that amount has been calculated, please contact us using the details above.

John Holland Sales Limited together with all our finance partners will store your information. Your information will only be disclosed to third parties in the normal course of arranging and administering any finance contract.

We or they may contact you by post, telephone or email to let you know of products, services and special offers that may be of interest to you. You have the right to ask for a copy of your information held by us in our records. You also have the right to expect the information to be accurate. In the event this is not the case you may require us to amend any inaccuracies in your information. If you wish to change amend or stop information being stored about you with John Holland Sales Limited or any of its partners please advise us in writing.

  • Credit Report Services.

If you proceed to use the services of John Holland Sales Limited for the purpose of financing your vehicle, you authorise us the lender(s) to which we submit your application to make all enquiries necessary to verify any information to assist the lender to consider your application. We will always end ever to ensure that the number of lenders we submit your application to is kept to a minimum. However, on occasions it may be necessary to make multiple searches of your credit file before a suitable lender can be found. The lender(s) will make enquiries with Credit Reference Agencies to verify the information that you provide. On occasions more than one credit search may be carried out to assist in your proposal. Please be aware that these will be kept to a minimum, but may be necessary to assist in your application or verification of your details.

It is very important that you give us accurate information. In the event that John Holland Sales suspects fraudulent information has been supplied, then the lender(s) and or suitable fraud prevention agencies will be informed. This may also include law enforcement agencies. Organisations may also access and use your information to prevent fraud and money laundering.
