What an amazing and seamless process. Peter and the Team were so incredibly helpful and took care of everything with absolutely no hassle. I really appreciated how in contact Peter was too, with regular updates and always at the end of the phone to take any questions. The car looked completely brand new when it arrived as well (even after the trip from Sheffield to London!), which made it feel so special when I first got to sit in it! Really appreciate how much care and attention the Team took with getting the car sorted and finally to me, so thank you!
Once again, I made the typical schoolboy error of popping into John Holland whilst I was passing just to say hello to the team.
And there he was in all his glory, very handsome, physically fit, very strong looking, stood out in the crowd and he simply took my breath away?
No not David or Peter, the Blue RR SVR, and before you know it, I’d bought it.
Seriously though David and Peter make the entire process - transaction of purchasing a car from them effortless. No pressure, no stress, no pushing for a decision etc. etc. Totally a car buyers dream.

What a fantastic experience it was buying a car from this company they are really really customer orientated make you feel welcome and valued I bought a Jaguar XJ it was almost 3 years old but could quite easily pass as three weeks old the standard of preparation they put into all their vehicles makes the showroom look more like a museum you can see they genuinely care about what they do John who I dealt with went through the whole process making it both easy and totally unpressurised giving you all the information you need but without being pushy I actually bought this vehicle at a really competitive price as well compared to others on the Internet that were anywhere near the same spec and quality it was fully valeted and prepared to a standard that would make main dealerships envious I really cannot recommend John Holland enough and if I buy a car in future this will definitely be my first port of call thanks again guys from one really really happy customer

Rang out of hours as soon as it was advertised. There was no problem and viewing was arranged at my convenience. I agreed an acceptable price in part exchange over the phone next day. As soon as I saw the car I knew I’d be buying it From beginning to end nothing was too much trouble and the deal was dealt within 4 days from start to finish. There was no hard sell of scotch guard, gap insurance etc. It was a pleasure to be dealt with by an all round professional team In a relaxed atmosphere. Having bought my last few cars from a main dealer I was slightly apprehensive in what to expect. Having now dealt with John Holland the main dealers could learn a few lessons from them . Big up to all concerned for all their assistance

Excellent dealership, really helpful sales team but giving you breathing space. Quality cars, no hassle.
We are all too quick to call and complain but rarely take time to note a good service or say thanks.
I've had some minor mechanical issues with my Audi RS4 that I bought from your team last year.
I have had the car diagnosed and the faults will be repaired by Audi and the cost covered fully by RAC.
The process was simple and quick. I swithered about buying a warranty and now I can confidently say it is well worth it for complete peace of mind.
In my opinion, anyone buying a car they will love and cherish which is outside manufacturers initial warranty period must take this additional RAC warranty.
Furthermore, I note the warranty you have negotiated has the correct level of cover for repairs and importantly covers the labour rate of main dealers ... something i have learned other warranty policies cut corners on.

John Holland have once again totally smashed it out the ballpark in all areas, making car purchase better and easier than a “cinch”.
David was fantastic, brilliant, polite, friendly, helpful etc. as he always is, and has a mind full of product knowledge on the car / any car that I was looking to purchase, how does he do that ?
Davids attention to detail, customer satisfaction, can do attitude and his ability to go above and beyond in every aspect is both seamless and unparalleled within the industry.
There were a couple of very small / minor things that required some attention and when I collected the Ranger Rover all had been completed to my total satisfaction.
I find myself constantly viewing their website looking for my next purchase as I will not go anywhere else, David and the entire team at John Holland have seen to that.

Buying a used vehicle can be an anxious experience, especially when you are looking for a prestige vehicle. What is the vehicle’s history? Is the specification as good as advertised?
When searching for my new vehicle I chose John Holland; their service levels were outstanding from first contact, to making the purchase and the actual delivery of the vehicle; everything was a first-class, prestige experience and they provided me with the reassurance I needed to make the purchase.
Having chosen to finance part of the cost of the vehicle, Peter was able to arrange this with their in-house finance brokerage in a matter of hours, which made the whole process, a seamless experience. Once signed, the vehicle had its final checks and was delivered to me within 48 hours by David and Jamie who were more than happy to show me around the vehicle and its extensive specification.
It is no doubt in my mind that I would choose John Holland for my next purchase

I just want to thank the entire team again at John Holland. It’s my second car and the experience has been perfect. We are in very unusual times but the extra effort to keep my car then deliver in such a professional way in a covered trailer is just excellent.

"I spoke with John Bennett and he answered all my queries very quickly. He was interested in my Defender 110 as a trade in and photos were sent. I would just like to say thank you to yourself and everyone at John Holland so much for our new Audi A4 Avant. From the first phone call to collecting the car the service was very helpful and first class, we arranged to view the car and we were shown through the immaculate show room to the office to sign all the documents for the car, everything was in place for us as soon as we arrived including the finance, we were shown the car and a demonstration of all the features. We had a private registration plate on our previous car and which the brand new plates were already made and in our car. "I took the GT3 to Cars in the Park at Newby Hall on Sunday then across to the Dales for afternoon tea at the Old School cafe in Hebden. Suitably refreshed we took a short stroll down to the River Wharfe then back in the cars for a photo shoot on the moors above Threshfield before joining the inevitable Sunday afternoon dawdle back home via Skipton. Once I figured out it wasn't trying to spit me off the road every time I came on or off the throttle through a corner and over every bump I realised why motoring journalists rate the GT3 so highly. It is the most driver-focused car I have ever driven. I attach a couple of photos taken on the day, including one of me re-fitting the splitter after I tore it off on the bumpy grass at Newby Hall - doh!
