We're delighted by the success of this year's Supercar Experience at Meadowhall, which raised more than £20k for a major children's charity.
The Supercar Experience , which saw some of the world's most exotic cars on displayed, has been held at Meadowhall every summer since 2016 - and it roared into town to raise more than £20,000 for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice this year.
Held in aid of North Anston-based Bluebell Wood, the event saw some of the finest examples from the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren and Porsche fill Meadowhall’s orange car park.
Our line-up had a Italian feel to it – with a display of some of the finest Ferraris through the years wowing visitors at the event.
The John Holland line-up featured three Ferrari classics – a 1982 308 GTBi, a ‘93 348ts and ‘91 348 Spider, plus more contemporary models such as a stunning convertible 2015 California T, an F430 Spider, 458 Italia and 488 Spider.
Joining the Ferrari range outside Meadowhall was one of the finest Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG models to have come through our showroom, with our 710bhp McLaren 720S and Bentley Continental GTC V8 Concours Edition stationed inside the mall itself.
Our line-up was part of a display of around 70 incredible supercars from Supercar Driver members, all supplied for the day to raise money for a fantastic cause.
Mark Holland, our managing director, said: “It's absolutely brilliant to see so much raised for a fantastic local cause - we were delighted to be involved in the Supercar Experience for a third successive year.
“I’d like to congratulate everyone who played a part in organising the event. It’s always great to be actively involved with events such as this one, especially when it comes to joining with our business partners, Supercar Driver, and a fantastic cause in Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice."
