Our showroom is the new home to a totally bespoke Land Rover Defender like no other in the world.
This truly unique vehicle has been completely stripped and repainted in Ferrari’s Rosso Corsa with a contrasting black roof, yellow brake callipers and yellow power vents.
The Ferrari-inspired overhaul is the work of custom-build experts Overland at SMC Automotive, which is based near Chester.
The interior consists of genuine Ferrari Crema Nappa leather Daytona style seats, door cards, roof lining and sun visors which all have the red stitching you would expect to see in a classic Ferrari.
Not only has the vehicle gone through an aesthetic overhaul, the engine has had an Overland remap with an upgraded intercooler, a hybrid turbo and sports exhaust fitted.
As a result, the vehicle now produces approximately 225bhp, up from an original 120bhp, and features a push-button engine start.
As we all know the Land Rover Defender is an iconic vehicle which is instantly recognised throughout the world. After being in production for over 68 years it was a sad day when the production line came to an end this earlier year.
We’ve been working on this bespoke specification Defender for a few months now and it’s fair to say that it has been worth the wait.
